EasyPinBoard ist eine elektronische Zettelwand. Zettel können hinzugefügt, ergänzt, verschoben und gelöscht werden. Es gibt keine Authentifikation; Wie bei einer echten Zettelwand können alle frei darauf zugreifen. Der Betreiber von EasyPinboard hat aber die Möglichkeit, einzelne Zettel vor Verschieben, Änderung oder Löschen zu schützen. EasyPinBoard benötigt PHP (mindestens Version 4.1, getestet mit 5.0). Es wird keine Datenbank benötigt. Die PHP-Konfiguration muss aber das Erstellen von Dateien im Installationsverzeichnis von EasyPinBoard zulassen. Sollte ein anderes Verzeichnis zum Speichern der Daten benötigt werden, kann der Pfad in den Dateien "index.php" und "ajax_handler.php" angepasst werden.

EasyPinBoard resembles the "pinboard" metaphor: Notes can be added, moved, modified or deleted. Theres no authentication; Like in real life anyone may access the pinboard. Maintainers of an EasyPinBoard installation may protect specific notes from being moved, modified or deleted. EasyPinBoard needs PHP (>=V4.1, tested under V5.0). No database is needed since all data is written as files. The PHP configuration has to allow file creation
