The New English-German Dictionary

In der registrierten Datenbank befinden sich z.Zt. mehr als 800,000 Übersetzungen, inklusive der Schreibweise in der neuen deutschen Rechtschreibung , in der Sharewareversion sind 170,000 Übersetzungen. Nutzer können einfach eigene Vokabeln eintragen, auch in anderen Sprachen. Die neueste Version ist immer unter www.wernerr.de/download.htm zu finden. Eine Intranetversion ist auch erhältlich. Das Programm ist hervorragend geeignet für behinderte Computerbenutzer, da es sowohl mit Spracherkennungssystemen (z.B. Dragon Naturally Speaking) und auch mit Bildschirmausleseprogrammen (z.B. Virgo4 und JAWS) vollständig kompatibel ist. This is an electronic bilingual dictionary for translating words and phrases from English to German and vice versa. Currently are more than 170,000 translations in the unregistered and more than 800,000 translations in the registered database that is extended continuously. Additionally, there is the new German Spelling implemented in the registered database. Search is always done in two directions to simplify the user interface and to make sure that you get all translations for a word or phrase.
