QSynchronization ist ein Add-on für Microsoft Office Outlook 97, 98, 2000, 2003 und 2007 ermöglicht die Outlook-Synchronisation Ihrer Notebooks ohne dass beispielsweise firmenzentral ein MS Exchange-Server, oder OLfolders eingesetzt ist. Mit diesem Programm können Notebooks und PDAs mit Home- oder Office PCs offline synchronisiert werden. Es synchronisiert Ihre PST-Dateien von Outlook und realisiert damit die bidirektionale Synchronisation beliebiger Outlook-Ordner, wie Kalender, Kontakte, E-Mails, Aufgaben mit den Notebooks Ihrer mobilen Mitarbeiter. Kommunizieren Sie so zu jeder Zeit an jedem Ort. Es ermöglicht z.B. das synchronisieren von beliebigen Ordnern, z.B. dem Posteingang Ihres Notebooks mit dem eines Desktops in Ihrer Firma bzw. veröffentlichen Sie die Termine in Ihrem Kalender in einem öffentlichen Ordner.
